Pop. (2001) 6,102. The town and the celebrated family of Clisson, the most famous member of which was Olivier IV de Clisson, take their name from their stronghold. Clisson has its imposing ruins, parts of which date from the 13th century. The town and castle were destroyed in 1792 and 1793 during the Revolt in the Vendée. Afterwards, the sculptor François-Frédéric Lemot bought the castle, and the town was rebuilt in the early part of the 19th century according to his plans. There are picturesque parks on the banks of the rivers. The Moine is crossed by an old Gothic bridge and by a fine modern viaduct. Chateau de Clisson then became a beautiful romantic ruin, attracting painters and sculptors. Pas tu kat dlm bas jumpa pulak kenalan ... Jelena & her beautiful daughter Dakota, kami sesama nak pergi Lewisham Library for Ryhme & Storytime. After the session we off to Nandos for lunch ( we ate chips & pita bread je) then we went to Greenwich for bookstore ada sale all book £2 only hehehe, alang2 dah sampai ke Greenwich kita singgah ke Park jugak ramai betul orang walaupun bukan weekend:) Dakota ni mixed Croatian and Colombian, she is 1 yr old, just start walking...so cute, berebut toys ngan Sofia Sampai rumah dah dekat kul 7pm...lewat betul, seharian busy dari pagi hingga ke petang. The view so amazing..beautiful places... lets enjoys the pictures.... www wwwwwwwww On the way balik...jumpa pulak pokok Lavender ni...so apa lagi harus ditangkap gambar nya. Sofia really had good fun ! Cam biasa lah Sofia ngan aksi nya kat garden & suka sgt kejar kucing hitam tu nama Onyx. Kesian pulak kucing tu tak boleh duduk diam asyik2 kena kejar je hehehe Lunch time.... lovely weather, so we better be outdoor Ni lah kediaman mereka...cantik sgt & besar ... Makan punya makan sambil borak2... tau tau masa nak berangkat.... semua dah siap tapi diatas sebb tertentu kami terlambat jugak.... kecut perut jugak takut tertinggal keretapi tu...nasib baik lah sampai pada masa nya.... connection smooth...kalau tak harus kena beli lagi tiket yg baru.... Tempat yg di tuju ia lah Notre Dame... sebelum ni kami terus pi beli tiket naik boat river cruise tu... semetara nak menanti masa nya kami pun jalan2 lah dulu dekat2 area situ... Lepas tu kami pun singgah Quartier Latin, kat sini rasa macam Latin country old street spt. di Italy, Spain, Portugal... a lot of kedai makan, bar & entertaiment place... orang memang sentiasa ramai kat situ, masa kami jenjalan kat situ ada plak sekumpulan pemuzik dari Latin America buat show... Mama Zidane ni mak angkat mama, kenal masa kerja kat Andaman Lkawi dulu, setiap tahun dlm bulan 2 mesti dia mai Lkawi, kita kenal dah lebih kurang 8 thn. Masa wedding mama pun dia datang. Kami kat hotel dulu dok panggil dia Mama Zidane coz she's from France & Zenadine Zidane tu kan IKON Bola sepak France yg popularkan :-D Chatou is a commune in the western suburbs of Paris, France. It is located 14.4 km. (8.9 miles) from the center of Paris. On May 31, 1875, part of the territory of Chatou was detached and merged with a part of the territory of Le Pecq and a part of the territory of Croissy-sur-Seine to create the commune of Le Vésinet. It boasts many bourgeois mansions of every kind of architecture and owned by private individuals. It is also the host of the Maison Fournaise, a meeting point for Impressionist painters in the past. It was a place where Pierre-Auguste Renoir painted numerous pieces (portraits of the Fournaise family, surrounding landscapes etc), most notably the Déjeuner des canotiers in 1881. The painting is today part of the Phillips Collection in Washington D.C. Chatou is served by Chatou – Croissy station on Paris RER line A. She pick us up at the train station then straight to her place :-D We hd a lovely lunch..complete with cheese platter & French pastries wz coffee of course ;-) . We spend about 3-4 hrs at her place just a chit chat then we went to this lovely park nearby her place, La Vesinet Le Vésinet is a commune in the western suburbs of Paris, France. It is located 16.4 km (10.2 miles) from the center of Paris. Le Vésinet is one of the wealthiest suburbs of Paris, known for its wooded avenues, mansions and lakes. Cuaca tak berapa best, hujan renyai2 sikit... pas tu my Sofia pun tido... so dia tido disepanjang perjalanan kami ke sana... Best gak kat garden ni, ramai sungguh manusia.... ok gak tapi tak suka jalannya yg berdebu ! Ada gak bunga Lavender, kat sini merata diorang tanam, kat tepi jalan pun byk Dah sampai kai Musee du Louvre ni baru lah Cik Sofia ni bangun, pose sikit anak mama ni... kami tak masuk pun dalam muzium tu just lepak2 kat luar je, next time mai baru nak masuk tapi tunggu Sofia besar sikit lah baru enjoy ! pas tu kami pi Les Halles, konon2 nya nak cari KFC halal for lunch, tapi tutup lah pulak, then kami makan kebab je.. Lepas lunch kami meneruskan perjalanan ke Montmartre.....kat sini boleh tengok permandangan Kota Paris (kena naik bukit) View memang cantik, so kalau tak dpt naik Eiffel Tower naik kat sini pun ok dah !
